Celebration a Patriotic Hooked Mat, Rug Hooking Kit, 4th of July, Primitive Stars, Red White and Blue 12" x 12", K 151

This listing is for the Kit to hook my design "Celebration", a 12" x 12" hooked rug. The pattern is hand drawn on a foundation fabric that is approximately 19"x20" and will fit on most lap frames or in a 14" hoop. I have serged the outside edge to prevent raveling.

Celebrate the 4th of July with this patriotic design.

This is a great pattern for a beginner to learn the basic hooking techniques. For the veteran hooker, it hooks up quickly and is a great gift for a friend or will make a wonderful thank-you to a host or hostess. This rug makes a great decorative mat for anywhere in your home, a trivet for your kitchen, display a favorite photo, a wall hanging for a little nook, an accent pillow...

You have two choices to make as you purchase this item.
1.Choose a backing fabric of either cotton monks cloth or primitive linen.
2.Choose if you want the wool in your kit to come uncut, or, cut in #8 (1/4" wide) strips.

Each kit includes:
1. The pattern on cotton monks cloth or primitive linen, select your choice.
2. 100% wool fabrics that I have hand dyed and/or felted. Cut or uncut, your choice.
3. Instructions on where to use the colors in the wool pack and a color photo. It does not include instructions on how to hook.

The rug hooking kits are based on the colors and amounts, of wool I used when hooking these rugs in a #8 cut. Great efforts are made to match the original wools, but there may be substitutions when the original wool is no longer available. This kit includes enough wool to complete the project. If you hook tighter, higher, in a different cut than specified, or use the wool colors in different areas than I show in the photo, you are welcome to purchase additional wool if needed. Convo me if you need additional wool and I will give you a quote. Due to inconsistencies in photography and electronic media, colors may vary from what you see here.

This Kit DOES NOT include a hook or finishing tape or yarn.
