Rug Hooking PATTERN , 4 Scandinavian Ornaments P156, Dala Horse, Dala Rooster, Dala Pig, Nisse Ornaments, Monks Cloth, Primitive Linen

This listing is for the pattern to hook my designs "Scandinavian Ornaments". I have hand drawn the design on backing that is approximately 20" x 20". It is surrounded by a border 4 inches wide or more and will fit on most lap top frames or in a 14" hoop. I have serged the outside edge to prevent raveling. There will be a photo of the ornaments included with the pattern. Instructions include how to finish the back with felted wool and attach the strip for hanging. I hooked them with a #8 cut (1/4" wool strips). There are wools in the background of the first photo that are suggestions of colors for these ornaments!
The sizes of the ornaments are approximately: Rooster - 5" H x 31/2" W, Pig - 3"H x 4"W, Nisse - 6"H x 2 1/2 " W, Horse - 5" H x 4 1/2 " W.

This is a great pattern for a beginner. For the veteran hooker it is a great way to use up some of your wool stash! They hook up quickly and would be a great gift for a friend or a wonderful thank-you to a host or hostess. These little ornaments make great decorative accents for anywhere in your home, not only on your Christmas tree, but all year around. Hang them together on a wall, on a cabinet knob, on a ribbon in a little nook.......
