Orlando, Primitive Rug Hooking Kit, 10"x20", Hooked Wall Hanging, Table Mat, Pillow, Primitive Sheep Rug, Yoga or Neck Pillow K159

This listing is for the rug hooking kit for "Orlando" a 10"x20" hooked mat on cotton monks cloth or primitive linen.
The design is hand drawn with borders that are approximately 4 inches. The edges of the backing fabric have been serged to prevent raveling.

There will be a photo of the rug included with the kit.
I hooked this rug with a #8 cut (1/4" wool strips).

I call this sheep "Orlando". He is the sheep from the photo of my mother and her brother, Alvin Orlando, one of my favorite uncles.

This is a great beginner pattern but would also be fun for a seasoned hooker, as it hooks up fast.

You have several choices to make as you purchase this item. Choose a backing fabric of either cotton monks cloth or primitive linen and also choose if you want the wool in your kit to come uncut, or, cut in #8 (1/4" wide) strips.

Each kit includes:
1. The pattern on cotton monks cloth or primitive linen, select your choice.
2. 100% wool fabrics that I have hand dyed and/or fulled. Cut or uncut, your choice.
3. Instructions of where to use the colors in the wool pack and a color photo. It does not include instructions on how to hook.

The kits are based on the colors and amounts, of wool I used when hooking these rugs in a #8 cut. Great efforts are made to match the original wools, and to include enough wool to complete the project. If you hook tighter, higher, in a different cut than specified, or use the wool colors in different areas than I show in the photo, you are welcome to purchase additional wool if needed. Convo me if you need additional wool and I will give you a quote. Due to inconsistencies in photography and electronic media, colors may vary from what you see here.

The wool selections may differ slightly from the original version, but it will look very similar to the rug in the photo.

The rug hooking kit DOES NOT include a hook or finishing tape or yarn.
